Stephen completed his Bachelors of Kinesiology at Brock University in 2014. While at Brock he had the opportunity to work with various populations including:cardiac rehab, seniors and athletes at skating lab under Dr. Kelly Lockwood.
Over the past decade, Stephen has also been a competitive powerlifter representing Team Canada numerous times. A few notable achievements include: 2x IPF World Medalist, 4x National Champion and past squat world record holder in powerlifting.
Stephen is passionate about helping clients regardless of their starting point. Stephen loves a good challenge and enjoys aiding clients in becoming the strongest version on themselves.
Marie graduated with a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia, after completing her Bachelor Degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia Okanagan.
Marie has been active in sports throughout her life as an athlete, coach, and athletic trainer. She is passionate about helping clients improve their quality of life and get back to the activities they enjoy through taking an active role in their rehabilitation. She enjoys treating clients of all ages and activity levels, through utilizing education, hands-on manual therapy techniques, and exercise.
Outside of the clinic, Marie enjoys travelling, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, and playing any sport. She is also a competitive powerlifter with the Canadian Powerlifting Union.
